  1. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy goods. You do this by selecting product and placing it into the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery and any other relevant details for your order.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that your order has been accepted and you may not cancel it.

We will take payment from you when we accept your order.

  1. Refusing / Cancelling Orders

    • Conditions of return
      • If you have an item you wish to return please “contact us” first. Maztech Partsworld will advise if the item complies with our returns policy, this decision is at the sole discretion of Maztech PartsWorld. Goods must be returned in the condition they were supplied with a copy of the invoice.
      • If the product is not faulty and you have “changed your mind”, you are responsible for all freight costs incurred to return the product to Maztech PartsWorld and the freight costs for sending the product to you. A 20% handling fee may also be applied.
      • Specially procured or indented products will not be accepted for credit.
    • Assessing your return
      • If at Maztech PartsWorld’s sole discretion any returned products have been damaged, marked, tampered with, then Maztech PartsWorld reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the Goods for return.
      • If your product is faulty, we may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending the product to a repair agent. We will notify you of the outcome once the assessment has been completed.
Seller
    • In the unlikely event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.
    • While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
    • Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.
  1. Payment

Payment will be accepted via our online payment portal – debit card, credit card, bank transfer.

If a refund is due Maztech PartsWorld will refund to your original payment method where possible or, if you prefer, we can issue you a store credit. Refunds will be for the sum equal to the cost of the product excluding handling and any delivery or returns costs.

All prices listed on our website are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our websites at any time for any reason. Online and in store pricing may differ.

Although Maztech PartsWorld makes every effort to ensure our website is safe, we cannot guarantee this website or its links are free from viruses or other spyware and you agree that you assume the risk of any damage to your computer as a result of using this website.

  1. Delivery

At this time, we deliver to New Zealand addresses. Special requests for overseas deliveries can be made. Deliveries will be made in accordance with your instructions, this includes “permission to leave” details.

Most orders will be processed within two days of receipt, this could be longer for larger items and items that require removal. Delivery should be two to four days after the item is sent.

Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer to arrive.

If you do not receive your parcel in the expected timeframe, please “contact us”.

Maztech PartsWorld offers access to our website using a web browser, you do not have permission to access Maztech PartsWorld’s servers.
