What Warranty Comes Standard?

Most parts include our Classic Protection Plan at no extra cost:

Classic Protection Plan (Included)

  • 90-day part-only warranty
  • ✔ Covers failure of the supplied part
  • ✔ Replacement part supplied where available
  • ✔ If no replacement can be sourced in a reasonable time, a refund of the part price is provided

This is our way of giving you peace of mind from day one.

Upgrade Your Protection (Highly Recommended)

Used parts are a great value option, but extra protection can save time and money — especially on higher-value components.

🔩 Small Parts Protection Plan – 12 Months ($35)

Perfect for everyday components.

  • ✔ 12 months part-only coverage
  • ✔ Covers qualifying small parts (tyres excluded)
  • ✔ Ideal for peace of mind on regular maintenance items
  • ❌ Commercial vehicles excluded

Driveline Protection Plan – 12 Months + Labour Assist ($350)

Best for engines, gearboxes, and driveline components.

  • ✔ 12 months coverage on eligible driveline parts
  • Includes labour assistance toward reinstallation (up to a set limit)
  • ✔ Faster claim handling
  • ✔ Great value protection on high-cost items
  • ❌ Commercial vehicles excluded

👉 We strongly recommend this plan for engines and transmissions.

🔍 What’s Covered (Plain English)

  • Failure of the supplied part under normal use
  • Manufacturing or internal faults present at time of sale
  • Replacement part or refund if replacement isn’t available

🚫 What’s Not Covered

To keep pricing fair for everyone, warranty does not cover:

  • Labour, fluids, diagnostics, or towing (unless included in a protection plan)
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse
  • Faults caused by other vehicle components
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Parts that have been modified, dismantled, or tampered with

🔌 Electrical & Safety Components

Because electrical faults are often caused by vehicle wiring or control issues:

  • Electrical parts must be installed and tested by a qualified automotive electrician
  • Once plugged in, electrical components are generally non-returnable unless proven faulty
  • Safety-critical items must be fitted by trained professionals

🧰 Installation Matters

To protect your warranty:

  • Parts must be fitted by a qualified tradesperson
  • Engines and transmissions must be installed with new fluids and filters
  • Vehicles must be in good working order at the time of installation

Correct installation helps ensure the best outcome for everyone.

🔁 Returns (Quick Overview)
