Every part purchased includes our unlimited mileage Classic.

Protection Plan at no additional cost. This covers the part for 90 calendar days after the date of purchase.

Our Classic Protection Plan does not provide coverage for the labour costs incurred due to a part failure. This warranty does not cover the incidental costs associated with a replacement part (i.e gaskets, seals, filters, shop fees, etc)

ALL SMALL PARTS PROTECTION PLAN

(24 MONTHS OF TOTAL COVERAGE)

COST IS $35

This extended plan covers the part for 24 months after the date of purchase.

Tires are excluded from coverage.

Our small parts plan does not provide coverage for the Labour costs incurred due to a part failure. 

Commercial vehicles are excluded.

DRIVELINE PART PROTECTION PLAN

(1 YEAR = 12 MONTHS OF TOTAL COVERAGE)

COST IS $350

This plan is available to all customers purchasing parts.

This extended plan covers the part for 12 months after the date of purchase.

In addition, this plan carries our Limited Labour assistance to aid in the reinstallation of a replacement part.  Commercial vehicles are excluded.

All parts sold come complete with or classic 3-month warranty to cover you against breakdowns and give peace of mind. This excludes rotary engines. General warranty conditions

 

  • All used parts are supplied with a 3- month warranty. This excludes rotary engines.
  • In the rare event of failure, a replacement part will be supplied. If a replacement part cannot be found in a reasonable amount of time the full purchase price will be refunded.
  • If you have ordered the wrong part, i.e. your part number is different, please return the item including a completed Returns Form (see section below) requesting the correct part and we’ll do our best to get one out to you upon receipt. If the correct part is unavailable we will refund your order and email to inform you. Return freight charges are non-refundable unless your item was faulty or we sent the wrong part.
  • Replacement or refund will only be given on production of the original invoice.
  • Replacement or refund will only be given if the goods are returned in the same condition as supplied with the security marks still visible.
  • Maztech PartsWorld will not reimburse any labour costs / charges involved with fitting, removal and / or changing of parts supplied by the company, unless you have purchased a protection plan that includes labour cover.
  • Maztech PartsWorld will NOTwarranty any component which has been dismantled or tampered with (other than the replacement of standard service parts or components). Returns are void if you have dismantled or tampered with a part in any way.
  • Please note: We strongly recommend that all safety critical parts are fitted only by specifically trained automotive technicians. NO liability can be accepted for malfunction, damage or injury caused by inappropriate fitting of such components.
  • All parts correctly supplied and returned are subject to a 20% restocking charge.  Any Warranty provided is non-transferable.

 

THE UNIT MUST BE FITTED IN A TRADESMAN LIKE MANNER BY A QUALIFIED PERSON AND USED IN THE APPLICATION INTENDED BY THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER AND MUST NOT BE ALTERED OR MODIFIED IN ANY WAY.
